Since its inception in 2000 in the Ajah area of the Lekki Peninsula, Debiruss School—encompassing our Playgroup, Nursery, Primary, and College arms—has been at the forefront of progressive, high-quality education. Driven by a hallmark of all-around excellence, our culture centers on delivering a personalized, values-based education. By blending rigorous learning with strong Christian principles, we empower our students to become empathetic problem-solvers who possess a deep sense of community responsibility. Our tailored curriculum is intentionally designed to transform young learners into upright, globally conscious citizens.

This journey has sparked a profound transformation across our entire school community. For our educators and staff, the project has served as a masterclass in professional growth, sharpening vital competencies in teamwork, innovation, project management, and conflict resolution. In the classroom, the ISA activities have elevated our pedagogical approach, fostering critical thinking, seamless collaboration, and dynamic teaching methods. More importantly, we have watched our students grow remarkably in empathy and open-mindedness, developing a profound appreciation for cultural diversity alongside a unique capacity to identify societal issues and engineer practical solutions.

Furthermore, the ISA framework provided a structured, secure environment for our students to enhance their Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills. This has been incredibly valuable in an era where digital tools play a defining role in creating dynamic, enriched learning experiences.

A true highlight of this journey has been our collaboration with our international partner school, G.D Goenka Public School, East Delhi, India. This cross-cultural alliance has opened vibrant new horizons for both our staff and students, bringing the nuances of global partnership to life. Through meaningful interaction, our school community has gained a firsthand, concrete understanding of the beautiful cultural similarities and unique differences that connect our two nations.
